Service Description

analizde is a community platform where users publish analyses of sports matches. This site is NOT a betting or gambling service. All "points" (puan) are virtual units with no real-money value; virtual points cannot be cashed out.

Age Limit

This platform is intended only for users 18 years of age or older. Users under 18 may not use the site; accounts found to be underage will be closed immediately.

Account

Account creation is via Google OAuth only. Username selection is one-time and afterwards can only be changed via a support request. The user is responsible for account security.

User Content

Published analyses are created by users. The platform does not pre-approve, verify or guarantee content; each author is personally responsible for what they publish.

Prohibited Behaviour

The following behaviours are prohibited and are grounds for account termination:

  • Spam, harassment or insulting content
  • Promotion of real-money betting or bookmaker advertising
  • Impersonation or identity fraud
  • Sharing other users' personal data without consent (KVKK violation)
  • Automated (bot) or copy-paste content

Disclaimer

Published analyses are for educational and informational purposes only; outcomes are NOT guaranteed. Sports statistics are compiled from public sources, accuracy is not guaranteed. Users are responsible for their own decisions.

Account Termination

The platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts without prior notice for violations of these terms.

Copyright

Users retain ownership of the content they publish. By publishing content on the platform, you grant the site a free, worldwide, sublicensable licence to display, distribute and technically process the content within the service.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the new terms.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes are subject to Turkish courts.
